  • Monday and Wednesday 5:30 pm6:30 pm
    Gentle stretching, deep breathing techniques, and physical postures are designed to release tension, promote serenity, mental clarity, and improve health. The class is designed for any body type and no experience is necessary.
  • Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 am7:30 am
    Circuit Training is a time efficient way to exercise, combining strength and cardiovascular exercise through a series of fitness stations.
  • Tuesday and Thursday
    Session 1: 4:15 pm - 5:30 pm, Session 2: 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm, Session 2: 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm. Functional Fitness focuses on improving core strength through the use of exercise balls, resistance bands, and stretching.
  • Monday through Friday
    5:30 pm - 9:00 pm, Saturday (During School Year) 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. Get into shape with our Evening Fitness Program, which allows you to workout in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

    Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Session 1: 6:30 am - 7:30 am, Session 2: 11:00 am - 12:00 pm, Session 3: 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm. Tuesday and Thursday Session 1: 11:00 am - 12:00 pm. Aqua exercise is a valuable link to strengthening, toning, and revitalizing the body due to illness, injury, or general weakness.
