Refresher Childbirth Class

This one-time Saturday class is for couples who have experienced a previous prepared birth and want an update on labor and birthing options, breathing and relaxation techniques. This refresher course only takes three hours on a single Saturday. However, please be aware that this class is only offered once every three months and space is limited.
