Evening Fitness Program

Get into shape with our Evening Fitness Program, which allows you to workout in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

Hours:
Monday Through Friday

  • 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Cost: Call to inquire about 3 & 6 month rates or 6, 12, & 14 session rates

Early Bird Circuit Training

Circuit Training is a time-efficient way to exercise, combining strength and cardiovascular exercise through a series of fitness stations. Cicuit Training is open to people of all fitness levels.

Hours:
Tuesday and Thursday

  • 6:30 am - 7:30 am

Cost: $40/12 session punch card

Functional Fitness:

Functional Fitness focuses on improving core strength through the use of exercise balls, resistance bands, and stretching.

Hours:
Tuesday and Thursday

  • 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Cost: $40/12 session punch card

Aqua Energy

Aqua exercise is a valuable link to strengthening, toning, and revitalizing the body due to illness, injury, or general weakness.

Hours (Held at Pullman Aquatic Center):
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

  • 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Tuesday and Thursday

  • 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Cost: $50/15 session punch card

Yoga Fit

Gentle stretching, deep breathing techniques, and physical postures are designed to release tension, promote serenity, mental clarity, and improve health. This class is designed for any body type and no experience is necessary.

Hours: Will return Fall of 2010

Baby Yoga

Developmental nutritious movement program for parent or caregiver and baby to enjoy. Safe and gentle exercises designed to enhance well-being of the child.
